‘The Batman’ Officially Wraps Principal Photography
‘The Batman’ maintains it’s momentum.
Production for the upcoming ‘The Batman’ began on January 27th of 2020 as the crew was aiming for a June of 2021 release. It wasn’t long after filming had begun that we got our first look at Robert Pattinson in the Batsuit. After that, we caught our first glimpse of the new, classically inspired, Batmobile. Unfortunately multiple COVID-19 shutdowns have forced ‘The Batman’ to be pushed back to a March 2022 release.

In spite of everything, fans finally have some good news to celebrate. Matt Reeves has taken to social media to announce the conclusion of principal photography for ‘The Batman’.

The film will now begin the long process of post production and inevitable reshoots common with most big budget movies. At the end of the day with the principle photography complete, a new trailer is likely not far off. However, until then, if you missed the first trailer you can check it out below.
