F9: The Fast Saga Gets It’s First Trailer Overflowing With Action

The latest addition to the ‘Fast and the Furious’ franchise finally has a trailer. ‘F9: The Fast Saga’ will pit brother against brother with the addition of Jakob Toretto played by John Cena. Jakob looks to be working for Cipher from the previous film. The trailer manages to pack a lot of action into a few short minutes. Early on we get a look at Dom Toretto’s happy and quiet life with his wife and child. Additionally, the trailer gives us a peak at several of the action set pieces.

However, what really has fans talking is the final shot in the trailer; ‘F9: The Fast Saga’ looks to be taking cars into space. It’s simply incredible that the film franchise that started off as a ‘Point Break’ knock off has somehow evolved into what it is today. ‘F9’ looks like to have a lot of tricks up the tail pipe as far as stunts and fancy tech for La Familia to play with. Although the latest movie certainly looks like it will one-up the previous film, the question will now become: where do you go from here?

‘F9: The Fast Saga’ will star Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and John Cena. Additionally, Justin Lin will be returning to the helm as director. ‘F9’ will premier in theaters on June 25th 2021.
