‘Ms. Marvel’ Set Photos Show Very Comicbook Accurate Costume

As production on the six episode series grows closer to completion, we are getting out first look at Iman Vellani in full costume as Kamala Khan. The set photos of the star of the upcoming ‘Ms. Marvel’ series show us a very comic book accurate version of Kamala’s costume. The photos come courtesy of Just Jared on twitter. Unfortunately we don’t get to see anything more than several shots of Iman Vellani in costume by a police barricade. 

‘Ms. Marvel’ is scheduled to premier on Disney Plus in late 2021. The series will be directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah along with Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, and Meera Menon. Additionally, Iman Vellani will star as the titular hero Ms. Marvel alongside Aramis Knight as Red Dagger. Filming for the series has been taking place in New Jersey and is expected to wrap later this month. Currently, ‘Ms. Marvel’ will be part of Marvel Studio’s Phase Four Slate.
